However, for matters involving court representation or litigation, we will advise you appropriately. Most clients find our in-house legal review sufficient for all transaction-related matters.
How long does a complete due diligence take?
A standard due diligence review takes 5-10 working days depending on the complexity of the title chain and property documentation. For resale properties, this can take slightly longer due to chain-of-title verification. We always recommend allowing adequate time — rushing due diligence is the single biggest risk in property purchase.
What if a legal issue is found during due diligence?
We will give you a clear, written assessment of the issue and its severity. In some cases, issues can be resolved — we guide you through remediation. In cases of clear risk, we will advise against proceeding. Our loyalty is entirely to your interests, not to completing a transaction.
